The Museum of National History at the Buffalo Bill Historical Society is creating an interactive ecology exhibit that requires 360 degree panoramas of 4 different ecological zones near Yellowstone National Park. I was asked to take 20 panoramas and associated single images to help describe and supplement the panoramas (hotspots). There was no programming work. I used a Nikon digital camera, a Kaiden panorama head, QTVR software and Photoshop to complete the project. The images varied from about 7500 pixels to 12,000 pixels wide and 768 pixels high. Some examples of the (reduced considerably) panoramas are shown below.
